Complimentary access to Guardian’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for small business customers (with 500 or fewer employees) is ending on July 31, 2020. However, employers can continue with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in one of the following ways:
- Groups that have three or more qualifying lines of business may be able to opt-in to the program
- Groups can add the program cost into a qualifying disability line
- Groups can contract directly with IBH for EAP services
EAP services can be especially helpful to your clients and their employees during the stress and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. The EAP offers direct access to the following:
- Behavioral health resources
- Legal and financial specialists
- Work-life counselors
- Dedicated information and tools to help support emotional and financial well-being
