As your Regional Sales Manager in Tampa, I bring nearly 10 years of small and large group experience in the Employee Benefits space. I offer a consultative sales approach by providing creative solutions and effective strategies to help my Broker partners retain and grow their business. As your dedicated Amwins Connect Rep, your peace of mind is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to earning your trust through unwavering loyalty and unparalleled service. I will work as an extension of your agency by collaborating with you and your team to help meet the needs of your clients with personalized service and tailored solutions.

I am here to assist you with quoting, contract comparisons, compliance, Technology implementation and in-person or online enrollment support. I hold a BA in Business Administration, 2-15 Life & Health, as well as my P&C License. I look forward to partnering together and showing you all that Amwins has to offer. As a bilingual risk advisor & team leader for the past 16 years, I know how challenging it is for brokers to retain and grow their business, especially in a tough and highly competitive market like South Florida. I developed a wealth of experience in working with business owners & executives on all aspects of employee benefits and traditional insurance, in addition to human resources, compliance, alternative risk financing and captives. I also developed a clear understanding of the necessary areas for improvement in the Group Benefits GA space, and the need for a GA to essentially value each employer group like their own personal client, not just a number.

Relationship building is my passion, and I get energy from strategizing on new business and renewals, and consulting on differentiation and sales process. I’m here to assist with quoting, BOR submissions, presentations, implementation of benefits admin technology, or bilingual support for enrollment meetings.

I have a BA in International Business, 2-15 & 2-20 Licenses, Six Sigma Green Belt Designation, and I am a proud member of Leadership Palm Beach County’s Class of 2023. Giving back to the community is a fundamental personal belief. I am proud to support several non-profit organizations with both my time and resources.
