As your Regional Sales Associate, I bring nearly eight years of experience and know-how to the position. Before I joined Amwins Connect in 2022, I spent nearly six years as a health and benefits broker at ADPIA. Over the course of my career, I have been able to hone the skills and qualities needed to best serve brokers in the health insurance space, including leadership, dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to finding the best solution. I’ve also learned that this industry is complex and in a constant state of change, requiring an ability to stay creative and innovative when meeting the challenges my clients face.
The opportunity to combine my passion for helping others with my desire to constantly learn and evolve is exactly what drew me to group benefits in the first place. I am also dedicated to building and nurturing relationships because I see them as being the heart and soul of this industry. To effectively accomplish that, I give every interaction my full attention and listen intently while always maintaining empathy and compassion for my broker partners, their groups, and the members. My goal is to ensure that every interaction is a meaningful opportunity to connect while building and strengthening these long-term relationships.

When I joined the Amwins Connect family in 2019, I brought with me 16 years of experience working with a New York based general agent, along with 5 years selling via brokers in the benefits administration and human capital management spaces. My insurance career started with Oxford Health Plans in 1996. This experience has given me the unique ability to consult with my broker partners on both employee benefits and technology, and allows me to be a valuable resource in a fast moving world. I continue to seek out long-term partnerships with insurance brokers in the western half of Connecticut and look forward to exceeding your expectations!

With over three decades of experience in the insurance space, Christopher has amassed a wealth of knowledge and know-how to help him best serve the Group Benefits division and to continuously grow their regional sales. He began his career in 1993 in California with Principal Financial Group as a Sales Account Representative in the Los Angeles and Bay Area markets. In 2001, he relocated to the New England market with Principal Financial Group and became the Sales Director for the Connecticut and Massachusetts region. While in this position, he focused specifically on exceeding annual sales goals while fostering successful relationships between brokers and consultants.
In 2008, Christopher moved to Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield as the Producing Sales Manager to guide and oversee the annual sales goals for a team of 27 sales representatives. In 2013, he joined Amwins Connect as a Regional VP of Sales, the same position he holds to this day. Christopher is also a proud graduate of St. Anselm’s College, where he triple-majored in business, classics, and history.
