Aetna small group ACA has issued a rate update for Q2 2025. Quoting is available. Statewide average change for the quarter shows the following changes:
- HMO: 3.4%
- PPO 4.2%
2025 Portfolio Update Reminders
As a reminder, the following plans will no longer be offered as of January 1, 2025 on the AVN and AWH SoCA networks. The same plan design remains available on the full network:
- CA Bronze HMO AVN $75/125 8550
- CA Bronze HMO AVN $75/125 8550 wINF
- CA Bronze HMO AWH SoCA $75/125 8550
- CA Bronze HMO AWH SoCA $75/125 8550 wINF
In addition, the MC 55/50 5500 plan has been discontinued on both the MC and Savings Plus networks as of 2025. Members will be moved at renewal to the Silver 65/50 2600 on either the MC or Select Plus network as appropriate.
The AWH Northern CA network will also be discontinued as of 2025. Existing members will be migrated to an alternate network/plan at renewal; a plan map is available in the California Toolkit.
