Aetna has changed their Home Health Care benefit after feedback from the California Dept. of Insurance. The change is effective 1/1/2021.
The previous benefit was 20% coinsurance, and the new benefit is a $60 copay.
The following plans are affected:
- CA Gold HMO $30/60 $0 Ded
- CA Gold HMO Ded $30/60 $0 Ded
- CA Gold HMO AVN $30/60 $0 Ded
- CA Gold HMO Basic $30/60 $0 Ded
- CA Gold HMO AWH SoCA $30/60 $0 Ded
Aetna systems will be updated with this change. Members will be notified of the change and will be kept updated throughout the process.
