Aetna is pleased to announce that J.D. Power has ranked both Aetna’s vision and Aetna’s dental plans #1 in Consumer Satisfaction of all plan providers!
The 2023 U.S. Dental Plan Satisfaction Study and the 2023 U.S. Vision Plan Satisfaction Study measures customer satisfaction with dental plan providers based on five factors, in order of importance: cost; plan coverage; communication; customer service; and claims and reimbursement.
Aetna Dental ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction with a score of 816, while Aetna Vision ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction with a score of 821.
These rankings validate Aetna's focus on their members and the value their specialty programs can provide to them. And remember, Aetna is offering promotions to AFA and 51-100 Fully Insured clients (in specific markets) who add dental and vision coverage!
