This One Census template can be used for all Small Group AFA and 51-100 Fully Insured (non-ACA) new business and renewal changes, regardless of what enrollment platform will be used.

In addition, Aetna has now made available an updated ACA SG One Census Template.

This template replaces eList and Springboard census templates. If you’re using Springboard on new business and want to use Shopping on Us, you will need to complete the medical plan selections.
