Aetna Issues CA Ambulance Benefit Change
Aetna has made a benefit change after receiving feedback from the California DOI. The change is effective January 1, 2021.
On the below plans, the ER Ambulance and Non-ER Ambulance benefit will change from 20% to a $250 copay.

Aetna systems will be updated with this change and claims will be reprocessed accordingly. Members will be notified of the change and kept updated throughout the process.
