Aetna Issues Retro Benefit Change for 2020
Aetna has received guidance from the DOI on their 2020 portfolio. The HMO $50/75 2550 Ded plan will be adjusted retro to January 1, 2020 to change the Rx deductible from $750 to $0. This change applies across all network versions of the plan.

- CA Silver HMO Basic $50/75 2550 Ded
- CA Silver HMO AWH SoCA $50/75 2550 Ded
Aetna systems will be updated with this change and claims will be reprocessed accordingly. Members will be notified of the change and kept updated throughout the process.
