Anthem Blue Cross announced that the termination has been rescinded for the 12 Prime Healthcare Services hospitals listed below. The current agreements, (including Medicare Advantage) remain in effect. Prime Healthcare Services includes the following hospitals:

- Huntington Beach Hospital (050526)

- Paradise Valley Hospital (050024)
- San Dimas Community Hospital (050588) *
- Shasta Regional Medical Center (050764)*
- Sherman Oaks Hospital (050755)
- West Anaheim Medical Center (050426)
