You can now pair the Anthem Blue Cross Full PPO and Select PPO within the same group offering for new groups with effective dates of October 1, 2019 to January 15, 2019. The employer’s principal business address must be in Region 1 or 9 for medical.

- New small group business effective date of October 1, 2019 to January 15, 2019
- Employer’s principal business address is in Region 1 or 9
