Anthem Blue Cross is extending their Dual PPO Pilot Promotion in Region 1 and Region 9. You can pair the Anthem Blue Cross Full PPO and Select PPO within the same group offering for new groups through March 15, 2020. The employer’s principal business address must be in Region 1 or 9 for medical.
Eligibility Requirements
- Meets the definition of a small group (1-100)
- New small group business with effective dates through March 15, 2020
- Employer’s principal business address is in Region 1 or 9
