Anthem Blue Cross is extending new business submission deadlines for small group cases in May and June. Cases should be submitted through the Salesforce enrollment tool and must be clean with all required documents. Please submit cases to LISI by the following dates:
- Tuesday, May 26, 2020 is the last day for brokers to submit business for a May 1, 2020 effective date
- Wednesday, June 24, 2020 is the last day for brokers to submit business for a June 1, 2020 effective date
Please submit the initial payment via electronic debit form since the staff is currently working from home.
