Small-group employers need options for flexible and affordable coverage now more than ever. Anthem Blue Cross of California is offering a promotion for multiple network offerings for new sales with effective dates through Sep 15, 2021.
An employer group can select from the following network combinations during this promotional period:

HMO Network options include Full HMO, Select HMO, or Priority Select HMO that are available in the region. PPO Options include Full PPO or Select PPO that is available in the region.
How to Request This Promotion
To use Anthem’s Quote to Enroll tool:
- Add comments in the comments field and mark “Make Public”
- Upload the original employer application in the legal documents section, as you do today, with the requested network options checked.
- Note “Network Promotion” on the application
For those not using Quote to Enroll, on the application, select your requested network options and note “Network Promotion.”
