Anthem Blue Cross is reducing their relaxed participation for medical and specialty lines of coverage effective July 1, 2018 through December 15, 2018. They will continue to waive the DE-9C requirement for groups 6+. They will also offer same day turn-around for new business, and consider IFP as a valid waiver.

- New! 65% Relaxed Participation for Groups 1-4 enrolled
- No DE-9C for groups 6+
- IFP on and off-exchange is considered a valid waiver
- Same day turn-around for new business
