Anthem Blue Cross is offering a Specialty 2020 New Business Bonus for 2-500 enrolled employees beginning with July 1, 2020 effective dates. This bonus is in addition to existing standard bonus programs. The “per enrolled contract” referenced in table means per subscriber.
