Anthem Blue Cross Offers Video and Chat Therapy Effective January 1, 2020

Anthem Blue Cross members can have a video visit or text privately with a psychologist or licensed therapist through LiveHealthOnline (LHO) – Psychology.  To schedule an appointment, members follow the steps outlined in this LHO flyer.  Briefly, the steps are: 

1. Create an account on livehealthonline.com or on the mobile app
2. Select LiveHealth Online Psychology for a video visit or chat session
3. Choose your psychologist/therapist
4. Set up an appointment
