Anthem Blue Cross announced that Allied Healthcare Providers and Verity Medical Foundation will terminate on July 1, 2019. Impacted members will be transferred to alternate participating medical groups.
All Care Medical Group will remain in the Anthem Blue Cross network. Members currently assigned to All Care Medical Group will be able to maintain their relationship with All Care Medical Group and their primary care physician.
