Anthem Blue Cross released their Q3 rates. HMO, EPO, and PPO HSA plans report a statewide quarterly increase of 2.3% while PPO plans report a 2% increase. There are no plan terminations, and underwriting promos will extend through September 2020 effective dates. Rates and benefits for dental, life, and vision lines of coverage remain unchanged.
Below are new medical plan designs that are available in full and limited networks. We would like to point out that their new Gold HMO plans have a deductible of $500 and $1,200, and the new Gold PPO plans have a $5 primary care office visit copay.
