Anthem has issued a small group medical rate update for Q2 2023. There are no changes to plan designs or underwriting guidelines and quoting is now available. Statewide average change for the quarter shows the following increases:

Specialty Updates
New business rates for dental PPO plans will increase for all plans 3.5%, with an additional 2% for unlimited max plans. Renewal groups will see a 3.5% increase for Q2 2023.
Dental HMO and Blue View Vision rates did not change for Q2.
