Anthem has issued a small group medical rate update for Q4 2023. There are no changes to existing plan designs or underwriting guidelines. Quoting is now available.
The statewide average change for the quarter shows the following increases:

| HMO | 3.0% | 8.7% |
| PPO | 2.5% | 7.8% |
Note: these changes do not account for age, region and any demographic changes for the group.
In addition, current underwriting promotions have been extended through the end of the year.
