Anthem Blue Cross has reached a multi-year agreement with Beaver Medical Group (under Epic Management) effective January 1, 2020.
Beaver Medical Group provides services to members in the Inland Empire and includes the following:
- Beaver Medical Group (0K3)
- BMG-Alliance Desert Physicians (AFF)
- BMG-Chaffey Medical Group (Z1I)
- BMG-Tri Valley Med Group IPA (8OO)
- Pinnacle Medical Group (0FB)
- Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group (0YN)
