Anthem Blue Cross has renewed their Commercial Agreements with John Muir Health, which provides services to members in Contra Costa County and surrounding communities. John Muir Health includes these providers:
- John Muir Medical Center Walnut Creek (050180)
- John Muir Medical Center Concord (050496)
- John Muir Physician Network (0JM)
The fully executed HMO, PPO, and Medicare agreements have a June 1, 2020 effective date.
