Beginning February 1, 2019, Anthem Blue Cross will update their policy for anniversary date changes. An anniversary change can be made once in a 12-month period. New rates and benefits will apply. Anthem’s revised policy promotes the following:
- For a group to align their other product lines (Dental, Vision and Life) to same anniversary date
- For a group to align their benefits to a calendar year
