When Small Group clients buy new dental coverage and add a vision plan with Anthem, they’ll receive a bundled discount of 5% on dental and 5% on vision.
Anthem dental and vision plans offer guaranteed rates for 24 months. Additional dental discounts may be available. Dental and vision plans require 50% participation with at least two members enrolled.
