Although Anthem and Sonoma Valley Hospital have not yet reached an agreement to renew their commercial hospital contract, the current contract has been extended to March 31st to continue negotiations with the intent to reach reasonable contractual language and reimbursement rates that are beneficial to both organizations.

Good News! Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that Aspire Health Plan has rescinded its notice of termination. The current contract remains in full force and effect.
