Anthem Blue Cross Q4 2024 rates have been announced.
Overview of Rate Action:
- PPO: 3.3% statewide average
- HMO: 3.6% statewide average
Portfolio Changes:
- There are no changes to plan designs
- Last quarter the Priority Select HMO network expanded into Kern, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties
- The following Medical Groups joined the Priority Select HMO network.
- Dignity Health Medical Network (KFC); which now includes Valley Care
- Hispanic Physicians IPA Kern (XOX)
- Bakersfield Family Medical Center (0EY)
- Seaview IPA (0GN)
- Coastal Communities Physicians Network (1BS)
- The following Medical Groups joined the Priority Select HMO network.
