Great News, Anthem's current contract with Cottage Health will remain in effect.
Anthem has rescinded its notice of termination with Cottage Health. The current contracts will remain in full force to serve members in Santa Barbara County.
Cottage Health includes:
- Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital (050357)
- Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital (050396)
- Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital (051331)
- Cottage Urgent Care (PPO)
- Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories (PPO & Medicare
