Anthem reminds you, effective January 1, 2025, the Pathway CT PPO network will transition to an in-state Connecticut network upon renewal. This means the National BlueCard PPO network will no longer be linked with these plans.
Anthem has added the Century Preferred network, which will continue to include the National BlueCard PPO network as a buy-up option. Groups have the option to offer a dual network choice if desired. If they prefer to remain on the Century Preferred network, Anthem just needs to be notified upon renewal.
