Anthem is making temporary changes to health plan benefits to provide relief and ensure healthcare access for members impacted by the earthqake in norther California.
The changes are in effect December 5, 2024 through January 4, 2025, for impacted residents of Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendocino counties.
Anthem wants to help make sure members have access to the healthcare they need, including:
- Prescription drug refills
- Finding available doctors
- Health plan questions
