Starting in 2025, all existing Pathway Connecticut PPO plans for Small Groups will no longer include national BlueCard access upon renewal. This important announcement is available via insert.
What happens at renewals or time of sale?
During renewals, Small Group plans will renew by default into the Limited BlueCard network (Pathway 2025). Your clients have the option to move to the new Century Preferred PPO, including the National BlueCard Network.
There are no restrictions on mixing. Offer Pathway CT PPO plans alongside Century Preferred PPO plans without restrictions.
