Anthem continues to migrate life and disability (L&D) products to a new enrollment and billing system as they prepare for the sale of their L&D business to The Standard. You’ll notice some changes in Producer Toolbox:
- L&D coverage for group clients that have already migrated will show as inactive.
- You can view your group L&D clients on Compassi, the new self-service online tool. Your clients can authorize you as a Compassi user by completing the user authorization form Anthem has mailed to them.
- L&D coverage for individual clients will show as inactive effective 3/1/2024.
- You’ll have visibility into your individual L&D business only on your monthly commission statement. For coverage questions, please call our L&D enrollment team at 800-801-6142 or email L&Dconversion@anthem.com.
Clients that don’t have L&D coverage won’t be impacted by these changes.
