Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce they have successfully renewed their Commercial agreement with the Community Medical Centers (aka Community Health System), comprising the below-referenced entities:
- Community Medical Center – Fresno (050060)
- Clovis Community Medical Center (050492)
- Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital (050732)
- Community Affiliated Providers (Medical Group-PPO)
Community Medical Centers terminated its commercial Contracting Hospital Agreement with Anthem Blue Cross effective January 1, 2023. With this new contract agreement, Community Medical Centers returned to Anthem’s Network retro-effective January 1, 2023.
