To help better serve their customers, Anthem will be gathering honest feedback about the carrier selection process. Anthem has retained Escalent, a third-party research firm, to perform an unbiased feedback analysis among Large Group clients.
Existing Anthem clients with 100+ employees will receive an email survey from @esclaent.com the first week of March. Clients will also be notified about the survey on February 27 through an Anthem EmployerAccess news article.
Participation is optional, however Anthem values your clients' feedback. Anthem asks that you please encourage your clients to take the survey.
