Effective immediately Anthem Small Group will accept groups where the total number of Union and Non-Union employees exceeds 100 if the Non-Union employee count is 100 or less. Union employees will no longer be included when determining group size, will not be considered eligible for coverage, and will not count towards participation.
Underwriting requirements:
- Non-Union employee count of 100 or less.
- A copy of the Union Roster or Bargaining Agreement required.
- Compliance form accepted in lieu of DE9C or prior carrier bill for Non-Union.
- All other UW guidelines will apply.
