Empower Enhancement Streamlines Member Additions
Copower is excited to introduce a new feature in CoPower’s enrollment system, Empower, that will streamline your enrollment process! You can now upload required supporting documentation directly through Empower when submitting enrollment updates for members and dependents. This new feature allows you to upload documentation for the following enrollment scenarios:
- Landmark Plan Enrollment: Proof of medical coverage is required.
- Specific Enrollment Reasons: Proof of the selected reason is required for:
- Loss of other coverage
- Adoption
- Court Order
Log in to Empower!
View group and member information, review your invoice, pay online, access group and employee forms…it’s all available through Empower. To set up your Empower profile, please contact our Customer Success team at 888.920.2322. They will provide you with a personalized link to get you on your way to being empowered!
Helpful Tip for QuickPay Credit/Debit Payments
CoPower can accept monthly premiums via credit/debit card using Quick Pay. Quick Pay is easily accessible and allows employers another payment option to ensure their premiums are paid on time. A third-party processing fee (3%) is charged by the bank that CoPower collects at the time of processing. The processing fee only applies to credit cards. Debit cards have no processing fee. Only Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Frequent users paying with credit or debit card can create an account and save their information for quicker processing in the future. Click “Enroll With Your Current Information” on the final payment confirmation screen. Then, enter your email address and a password to create an account. That’s it!
