Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Arizona has a new corporate and physical address.
Beginning January 1, 2024, all future communications (unless using a P.O. Box) should be sent to the Phoenix Corporate Office address listed on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona public website.
New Corporate and Physical Address: 8220 N. 23rd Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85021
Please remove the former address (2444 W. Las Palmaritas Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85021) from your databases.
If you currently send communications to a P.O. Box designated by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, you can continue to direct it to the P.O. Box as you normally would.
