Only minor changes have been made to EverydayHealth plans to bring them up to 2024’s compliance requirements.
Big change across HMOs! Effective for all groups 1/1/24 (even if it is not their renewal), BCBSAZ is removing the requirements of PCP designation and specialist referrals.
Effective 1/1/24, new groups may only select a 1st of the month effective date.

Mayo is available on the statewide/national PPO network (+2% premium)
The Alliance Network is available in Maricopa and Pinal counties and will be available for Prosano plans.
