BlueSignature Prosano Q4 Bonus
Now you can earn $100 for new to Blue enrollees on a BlueSignature Prosano plan through December 15, 2024!
Here’s how it works:
- For groups new to Blue ONLY
- Bonus per employee enrolled in a BlueSignature Prosano plan will increase from $50 to $100
- Valid for plan effective dates from 10/1/24 - 12/15/24
- Available for group sizes 2-299
Small Group Bonus
Earn more when you sell AZ Blue medical and dental plans for group sizes 4-50 through March 1, 2025!
