Blue Shield of California mailed IRS 1095-B forms on January 23 and 24, 2025, to fully insured subscribers/members who had minimum essential health coverage in 2024. This form is also available to subscribers/responsible party when logged in to their Blue Shield account. The 1095-B forms are for individuals to validate health coverage when filing state and federal taxes.
