Blue Shield of California’s second-quarter 2020 rate action is a statewide average of 0.0%. Rate actions are the same for all plans and rating regions, as Q2 2020 rates are the same as Q1 2020 rates due to the Q2 2020 rate pass.
April through June group renewals will be available to brokers through Blue Shield Renewals. Employers will be notified of their renewal materials from January 24 to 28.
