Blue Shield of California is pleased to announce a third-quarter rate pass for all medical and specialty plans. As a reminder, beginning with April 2018 effective dates, groups may offer both Tandem PPO and Full PPO plans together for savings and flexibility.

Their Trio ACO HMO Network continues to expand with new medical groups and hospitals, with coverage now in 24 California counties.
