Blue Shield of California has expanded the service area for the Trio HMO to Kings and Fresno counties. Trio coverage has also been extended to additional ZIP codes in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Tulare counties.

The network change is effective immediately for small business off-exchange plans and will be available on-exchange for 2020. Tools will be updated to reflect the expansion.
