Blue Shield of California has successfully submitted 2023 data reports to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
This submission included both information available to them as the health plan and information received from group plan sponsors via the D1 Premium Intake Form. A summary of the reporting responsibilities by line of business can be found here.
Blue Shield will not be sending further communications to groups at this time.
