CaliforniaChoice® has good news for groups with out of state employees! Beginning December 1, 2019, Anthem Blue Cross EPO plans will be available to out-of-state employees for new and renewing groups.
There is no change to the EPO plan premiums, and cost-share applies as usual when the member uses an in-network BlueCard® provider.
Contact your LISI Regional Sales Manager to update quotes and employee enrollment worksheets for new business and renewing groups with December through February renewal dates. March renewals will include updated quoting and worksheets.
