As part of the insurance solution with The Hartford (through the Life and/or Long term Disability insurance contract), members are currently offered Travel Assistance and Identity Theft Support* services through Generali Global Assistance. Effective August 1, 2022, The Hartford will be transitioning from Generali to International Medical Group (IMG) as their Travel Assistance services vendor. IMG is a leading global assistance provider, offering 24/7 access to travel assistance services anywhere in the world and are known for their strong customer service and flexibility. Your clients can now expect an even higher level of service when they need help.
There will be no interruption in service and assistance phone numbers will not change.
