To support customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Choice Builder is applying a one-time 50% credit to August 2020 MetLife invoices for existing groups. The credit is part of MetLife’s COVID-19 premium forgiveness program, which was calculated based on a percentage of a group’s August premium. New business groups effective August 1, 2020 or later do not qualify.
The premium credit will affect August, 2020 broker commissions.
