Members always talk to the same people. The Care Team guides members through the system and work for members.
What is the Care Team?
The Care Team doesn’t just find members a specialist, they find members a specialist with the exact skills and experience needed. Since they've been with the member from the start, the Care Team already know the member's health history and will help find a doctor based on factors that are important to the member.
