Cigna + Oscar members are supported by a Care Team of Care Guides and nurses who can help answer questions and save the member money by finding the most affordable, highest quality Care Team in the member's area. Members always talk to the same people. The Care Team guides members through the system and work for members.
What is the Care Team? The Care Team doesn’t just find members a specialist, they find members a specialist with the exact skills and experience needed. Since they've been with the member from the start, the Care Team already know the member's health history and will help find a doctor based on factors that are important to the member.
How to contact your Care Team? Send a secure message to the Care Team using the Oscar mobile app, by logging in to the member online account, or calling (855) 672-2789.
Virtual Care
Cigna + Oscar offers easy Virtual Care for members.
When can members use Virtual Urgent Care?
When a member is under the weather: Doctors can diagnose common conditions and refer the member to the right specialist.
When a member needs a prescription: Doctors can send new prescriptions and refill for medications like antibiotics and blood pressure medication on to the member's pharmacy.
When it's outside of normal office hours: Even in the middle of the night, doctors can usually resolve the member's issue.
When the member is away from home: Doctors can diagnose a member and send a prescription to a nearby pharmacy.

With Cigna + Oscar’s mobile app, members can see all everything in one place: plan details, prescriptions, health history, bills, claims, and ID card.
