As you know, the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) requires insurance companies to submit information about prescription drugs and health care spending in the form of an RXDC report. ConnectiCare is obligated to reporting on every employer that was covered in 2023.
The 2023 reporting is due June 1, 2024. To collect the data, ConnectiCare has emailed a survey link to your fully insured, self-funded and CBIA Fixed Funding clients. Should an ASO customer want to submit the Prescription Drug and Health care Spending report on their own, they should contact their Account Manager for exclusion.
